Project connected to development of new camouflage pattern for military startup lead by Adam Uchytil. In collaboration we experimented with ways to generate and transform said pattern. Leading up to that it will be part of Designweek exhibition in Dům umění in Ústí nad Labem as an interactive visual installation. 

It began as a way to experiment with the process of layering the pattern and coming up with different shapes and colors but later we got the opoortunity to have it exhibited during Designweek in spring. The exhibition is focused on patterns on fabrics. So we decided it would be interesting to show the different layers in this camouflage as you often don't notice them. 

The projection will be placed in the stairwell and the piece will be interactive. We will be using audio for the aproximate count of people inside the stairwell. To be exact I'm extracting the sound of steps and the loudness of them. Counting on the fact that more people mean louder steps. Based on that, the more people in the room, the more layers will slowly appear asi being in a herd helps animals avoid attacs in nature. So being in a large group of people the camouflage as a whole appears, signaling you're safe.
